Job Summary
We are seeking a Salesforce QA / Automation Tester to engineer and execute comprehensive quality assurance frameworks across our multi-cloud environment. The ideal candidate will design robust test strategies, build automated regression script suites, and validate complex declarative rules, Apex code execution paths, and integration touchpoints to ensure zero-defect deployments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain automated testing frameworks specifically optimized to handle Salesforce’s dynamic DOM structures, shadow DOMs, and nested iframe architectures.
  • Build and execute end-to-end regression test scripts across core platforms (e.g., Sales, Service, Experience Clouds) to validate platform functionality during sprint releases.
  • Validate complex declarative features including multi-step Salesforce Flows, custom validation rules, profile level access, page layouts, and sharing models.
  • Perform rigorous integration and API testing (REST/SOAP) to verify high-volume data transactions between Salesforce and external ERP or database layers.
  • Orchestrate test data management plans, creating, seeding, and purging realistic record footprints across developer sandboxes to support accurate functional testing.
  • Perform detailed manual validation and defect triage, documenting steps to reproduce failures, tracking resolution lifecycles, and collaborating with developer teams.
  • Integrate test suites into DevOps CI/CD pipelines to enable automated regression run triggers upon code repository merge actions.



Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of enterprise software quality assurance experience, with 3+ dedicated years engineering QA scripts specifically for the Salesforce platform.
  • Strong technical mastery of specialized Salesforce testing engines (e.g., Provar, Copado Robotic Testing) or web automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium WebDriver with Java/Python, Playwright) modified for Salesforce objects.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce objects, standard fields, record types, governor limits, security permissions, and pipeline deployment models.
  • Mandatory certification: Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.

Preferred Qualifications
  • ISTQB Foundation or Advanced Level software testing certification.
  • Prior experience validating Salesforce CPQ configurations, MuleSoft integrations, or checking mobile responsiveness patterns for the Salesforce Field Service app.
