Job Summary
We are seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the high-level design of our multi-cloud enterprise platform. The ideal candidate will map out robust data models, define governance frameworks, and design scalable architectures that align our overarching business strategy with Salesforce capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect high-level system designs and technical blueprints for multi-cloud enterprise implementations (e.g., Sales, Service, Revenue, and Experience Clouds).
  • Design scalable data models, object relationships, and security/sharing architectures that ensure platform performance and compliance.
  • Establish governance frameworks and Center of Excellence (CoE) practices to manage environmental strategy, branching, and automated DevOps deployment pipelines.
  • Define integration strategies between Salesforce and external legacy systems or ERPs, leveraging enterprise APIs and middleware patterns.
  • Evaluate and recommend native Salesforce features, AppExchange products, and custom development approaches to minimize technical debt.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, configuration specialists, and business analysts throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct architecture review boards to ensure all technical deliverables adhere to security policies and platform best practices.


Requirements

Requirements
  • 10+ years of total IT enterprise experience, with at least 5+ dedicated years architecting and designing complex solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Strong proficiency in designing large-scale data migrations, identity management (SSO), and async integration patterns.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce programmatic constraints (Governor Limits) and advanced programmatic frameworks (Apex, LWC).
  • Mandatory certification: Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Certified System Architect.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) status or candidate tracking toward the review board.
  • Prior enterprise or consulting experience managing global, multi-currency, multi-org environments with highly customized business logic.
