Introduction

We're seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions within a consulting environment. This role focuses on translating business requirements into scalable technical architectures, guiding delivery teams, and partnering with clients to drive successful digital transformation initiatives.

Hybrid - days On-Site

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business and technical objectives
  • Provide architectural leadership and oversee solution quality, governance, and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated enterprise solutions
  • Develop transformation roadmaps and support pre-sales activities, proposals, and solution demonstrations
  • Guide data architecture and system integration strategies
  • Mentor architects and developers while promoting technical excellence across the team

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • 7+ years of Salesforce experience, including leadership or architecture responsibilities
  • Strong expertise across Salesforce multi-cloud environments, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related products
  • Experience with platform customization, integrations, DevOps, and enterprise architecture best practices
  • Knowledge of data modelling, governance, security, and integration strategies
  • Salesforce Architect and related certifications preferred
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and solution design capabilities
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and enterprise implementation projects
