Job Summary
We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to spearhead the core technical implementation, programmatic governance, and systems integration of our enterprise Salesforce footprint. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of software engineering patterns, apex optimization, platform execution constraints, and advanced data volume structures to deliver highly stable, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the programmatic architecture, technical design, and code quality standards across multiple enterprise-scale Salesforce orgs.
  • Enforce platform governance guidelines, optimizing application configurations to strictly respect Salesforce Governor Limits, execution ordering, and concurrency bounds.
  • Design robust technical integration frameworks, orchestrating real-time and asynchronous messaging patterns using Salesforce Pub/Sub API, Event Bus, Change Data Capture (CDC), and Apex REST web services.
  • Review and optimize programmatic foundations, ensuring custom Apex triggers, asynchronous batch frameworks, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) are designed for peak performance and minimal technical debt.
  • Establish secure data architectures, defining encryption-at-rest policies, custom sharing calculation rules, large data volume (LDV) indexing, and high-throughput data migration scripts.
  • Direct identity and access management setups, configuring Single Sign-On (SSO) frameworks, SAML flows, OAuth authorization loops, and multi-tenant security layers.
  • Lead technical review boards (TRB), evaluating and signing off on custom source code modifications, package selections, and structural platform dependencies.


Requirements

  • 10+ years of total IT enterprise software engineering experience, with 6+ dedicated years acting as a Technical Architect on the Salesforce platform.
  • Expert programmatic proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, and deep structural debugging.
  • Extensive experience managing massive data models, handling millions of records, skinning query structures via SOQL/SOSL optimization, and managing data archiving policies.
  • Mandatory certification: Salesforce Certified System Architect or Certified Application Architect.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) credential or active pursuit of the CTA review board.
  • Prior engineering experience managing modern automated DevOps delivery tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Flosum) alongside custom Git branching and CI/CD automation strategies.
