This is a remote position.
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with strong core SAP HCM expertise and hands-on experience in payroll processing for Middle East / GCC countries. The ideal candidate should have implementation experience and must be currently working on SAP HCM payroll configurations. Candidates with predominantly HR functional backgrounds or only support experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement SAP HCM Payroll for Middle East / GCC countries
- Configure payroll schemas and rules as per regional requirements
- Handle end-to-end payroll implementation lifecycle
- Work on payroll integrations with time management and other modules
- Collaborate with business stakeholders for requirement gathering
- Perform payroll testing, validation, and deployment
- Support go-live and post-implementation stabilization
- Ensure compliance with country-specific payroll regulations
Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM
- Experience in GCC / Middle East payroll implementation
- Mandatory: End-to-end implementation project experience
- Experience in payroll schema and rule configuration
- Knowledge of payroll integrations and data migration
- Understanding of organizational management and personnel administration (PA)
- Experience in payroll testing and validation
- Strong debugging and issue resolution skills
