  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst working with Salesforce, including hands-on configuration and administration of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
  • Practical experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including campaign management, customer journeys, audience segmentation, and data extensions.
  • Experience configuring and supporting Salesforce Agentforce solutions, AI-powered workflows, and intelligent automation.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or equivalent credentials are required.
  • Strong understanding of mortgage industry operations, regulatory compliance, and lending processes, including TRID, LE, CD, ATR/QM, LO Compensation, and related requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build consensus across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting technical concepts to business audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in an agile environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality results.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to company locations as business needs require.

Benefits

  • Remote work opportunity for eligible U.S. locations
  • Opportunity to work with modern Salesforce technologies, including Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Agentforce
  • Career growth within an innovative technology and product organization
  • Exposure to large-scale digital transformation and enterprise Salesforce initiatives
  • Collaborative, team-oriented work environment with ongoing learning opportunities
