Introduction

A great opportunity is here for a Data Engineer that is looking to unlock their true potential.

You will be involved in building a modern AI-enabled data platform designed to consolidate multiple enterprise data sources and unlock intelligent analytics across investment and operational data. 

This role requires a person with proven experience working with Snowflake AI Data Cloud.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design and build scalable ELT / ETL pipelines 
  • Develop distributed data processing pipelines using Python, PySpark, and SQL 
  • Integrate multiple enterprise data sources through API-driven ingestion frameworks 
  • Contribute to modern cloud data platform architecture 
  • Optimise large-scale data pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability 
  • Deliver curated data models supporting analytics and AI workloads 
  • Work directly with international stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions 
  • Contribute to engineering best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and platform reliability 

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field Equivalent industry experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications
  • 7+ years experience in Data Engineering
  • Experience building modern cloud data platforms - Snowflake AI Data Cloud specifically 
  • Strong experience with PySpark / distributed data processing
  • Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or similar data platforms
  • Experience delivering data platform projects in consulting or client-facing environments
  • Comfortable working with international stakeholders and distributed teams

R900-R950ph

12 month rolling contracts
