A fast-growing provider of cutting-edge Financial Software Solutions seeks an analytical-thinking, creative & ambitious Senior Digital Marketer in this hands-on role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution. You'll work directly with the founders and have significant influence over marketing direction, campaigns, content, partnerships, and growth initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy, with a primary focus on generating qualified pipeline through digital channels. You will own the full marketing lifecycle, from campaign planning and content creation to advertising, reporting, SEO, webinars, marketing partnerships, conferences, and marketing automation. The ideal candidate must have 5+ years' experience in B2B SaaS Digital Marketing including SEO, HubSpot, generating qualified pipeline and measurable revenue impact & managing Google, Microsoft (Bing) & LinkedIn Ads. DUTIES:
Digital Advertising & Demand Generation -
- Own and manage Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), LinkedIn Ads, and other paid acquisition channels.
- Develop and optimise campaigns focused on lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Continuously improve conversion rates across ads, landing pages, and forms.
- Manage campaign budgets and optimise cost-per-lead, cost-per-opportunity, and ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, retargeting, and competitor analysis.
SEO & Website Growth -
- Own and drive the SEO strategy.
- Manage website content updates, landing pages, technical SEO improvements, and AI-search optimisation.
- Monitor website performance and identify opportunities to increase organic traffic and conversions.
Content Marketing & Thought Leadership -
- Create and manage content calendars - Produce or coordinate content including blogs, case studies, customer success stories, email, video and social media content, etc.
- Leverage AI tools to improve content production efficiency.
Marketing Automation & HubSpot –
- Own HubSpot as the central marketing platform.
- Develop segmentation strategies for prospects, customers, partners, and accounting firms.
- Improve lead nurturing and conversion throughout the funnel.
Partnerships & Digital Distribution -
- Manage relationships with marketing partners, publishers, accounting bodies, and industry platforms.
- Coordinate sponsored articles, webinars, podcasts, newsletters, digital advertising placements, and content partnerships.
- Maximise ROI from marketing agreements and sponsorships.
Events, Webinars & Conferences –
- Support the planning and execution of industry conferences, trade shows, sponsored events, webinars and virtual events.
- Manage pre-event and post-event marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate event collateral, messaging, follow-up campaigns, and lead tracking.
Brand & Marketing Collateral -
- Maintain consistency across all marketing assets.
- Develop and update, brochures, pitch decks, product sheets, customer presentations, infographics, event materials, sales enablement content, etc.
- Work closely with design resources to maintain a strong and consistent brand.
Analytics, Reporting & Optimisation -
- Track and report on metrics such as Website Traffic, MQLs, SQLs, Demo Bookings, Campaign ROI, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Conversion Rates.
- Create monthly performance reports.
- Use data to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
- Run A/B Testing across campaigns, content, emails, and landing pages.
Strategic Marketing Leadership -
- Work directly with the Founders to shape marketing strategy.
- Recommend new growth opportunities and marketing initiatives.
- Identify emerging AI, digital, and content opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ Years' experience in B2B SaaS Digital Marketing.
- Proven experience generating qualified pipeline and measurable revenue impact.
- Strong hands-on experience managing Google, Microsoft (Bing) & LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong SEO knowledge, including technical & content SEO, and AI-search optimisation.
- Extensive HubSpot experience.
- Experience creating and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong content marketing experience.
- Experience managing webinars, digital partnerships, and external marketing providers.
- Experience reporting on marketing performance and ROI.
- Exceptional written English and content creation abilities.
Desirable –
- Experience within FinTech, RegTech, Accounting software, or Financial SaaS.
- Experience using AI tools for content creation, research, campaign optimisation, and workflow automation.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
