Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Field Engineer to support system infrastructure setup, environment readiness, Kubernetes operations, and operating system troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience analyzing logs, validating configurations, resolving technical issues, and producing clear investigation and troubleshooting documentation.
System Infrastructure: Experience with system infrastructure setup, environment configuration, and deployment readiness.
Kubernetes: Hands-on experience with Kubernetes setup, troubleshooting, and environment validation.
Operating Systems: Ability to configure, troubleshoot, and support operating system environments.
Log Analysis: Experience analyzing system logs, identifying errors, and investigating infrastructure and application issues.
Configuration Management: Skills in configuration validation, identifying configuration gaps, and implementing remediation.
Troubleshooting and Documentation: Strong analytical skills and the ability to document investigation findings, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
Support system infrastructure setup and ensure environments are ready for deployment and operations.
Perform Kubernetes installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and environment validation.
Configure and troubleshoot operating systems to maintain system stability and reliability.
Analyze system logs, configuration files, and technical outputs to identify and investigate issues.
Validate system configurations against expected requirements and support corrective actions.
Collaborate with infrastructure, platform, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
Prepare investigation reports, troubleshooting records, configuration evidence, and technical documentation.
Track identified issues through remediation and verify that corrective actions resolve the underlying problems.
