Senior iOS Software Engineer (React Native/Full-Stack)

Location: Poland (remote), with occasional travel to Billund, Denmark.

Schedule: 1 FTE (40 hours/week) 

Contract: 3 months initially (high likelihood of extension in 3-month increments)

What you'll be doing 

Our client is a globally recognised consumer goods company founded in Denmark, known for its commitment to innovation, quality, and digital transformation. We are looking for a Senior iOS Software Engineer to support a product team by adding development capacity and full-stack expertise. This role combines strong mobile development skills with the ability to contribute across frontend and backend when needed. 

How you'll spend your day 

• Deliver prioritised backlog items, including documentation and automated tests.
• Develop iOS applications using React Native and best engineering practices.
• Contribute across the stack when needed (frontend/backend).
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, refinements, etc.).
• Ensure knowledge sharing and alignment within the team.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You'll be successful if you have 

• Strong iOS development experience, especially with React Native.
• Full-stack mindset (ability to support frontend and backend tasks).
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Proficiency with Git.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Backend experience with .NET / C#.
• API development (GraphQL, OpenAPI, AsyncAPI).
• Databases: MSSQL, Azure SQL, PostgreSQL.
• Frontend: TypeScript, JavaScript, React.
• Cloud & tools: Azure, AWS, Redis, RabbitMQ, Pulsar.
• Native iOS development with Swift.
