The Role: Senior Lead Generation Expert
This role exists to accelerate growth by building a predictable pipeline of qualified B2B meetings with care home decision-makers, procurement leads, and healthcare facility managers. It is a commercially critical hire with a direct impact on a growth target of scaling revenue significantly over the next 3 years. The main focus is on running outbound campaigns and creating sales-qualified lead pipeline opportunities for the sales team.
