Salary: R26 000 - R36 000 p/m

About Our Client

The client is a UK-based healthcare equipment supplier of comfortable care chairs, wheelchairs, and related healthcare equipment. They serve care homes, nursing homes, healthcare groups, and procurement-led organisations.

The Role: Senior Lead Generation Expert

This role exists to accelerate growth by building a predictable pipeline of qualified B2B meetings with care home decision-makers, procurement leads, and healthcare facility managers. It is a commercially critical hire with a direct impact on a growth target of scaling revenue significantly over the next 3 years. The main focus is on running outbound campaigns and creating sales-qualified lead pipeline opportunities for the sales team.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a stable track record in growth-focused roles and specific monthly meeting numbers achieved.

  • Build targeted prospect lists of UK care home groups and nursing homes using lead generation and data scraping tools.

  • Reach decision-makers such as owners, operations directors, procurement leads, and home managers.

  • Run structured outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, other social media, and phone.

  • Qualify opportunities thoroughly and consistently book high-quality sales meetings.

  • Create sales qualified lead pipeline opportunities for the sales team.

  • Handle objections and gatekeepers with confidence.

  • Improve conversion rates through testing and optimisation.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Proven success in B2B lead generation or business development roles, booking meetings with senior decision-makers.

  • Experience selling into care homes, healthcare, medical devices, NHS-adjacent, or mobility sectors.

  • Proficiency using CRM and sequencing tools such as Salesforce, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • Ability to demonstrate pipeline value created or influenced and conversion metrics from outreach to meeting.

  • Strong written outreach examples and a data-led approach to decision making.

  • Commercially sharp, proactive, process-driven, and comfortable working autonomously.

  • Experience in healthcare equipment, medical devices, or procurement-led B2B sectors is a strong preference.

  • Experience with mobility, seating, or patient handling products is a plus.
