In this role, you will support the Marketing and Communications team by developing high-quality content across various channels. You will play a vital part in enhancing our communication efforts, ensuring that our brand voice is effectively conveyed. Your contributions will help drive engagement and establish clear messaging that resonates with both internal and external audiences. This is a contract/freelance role that allows for collaboration with marketing leadership on communication initiatives, campaigns, and brand storytelling.
Accountabilities
- Write clear, engaging content for various formats including marketing collateral, website copy, email campaigns, and social media posts.
- Ensure consistency with brand voice, style guidelines, and messaging frameworks.
- Edit and proofread marketing and communications materials for grammar, tone, and clarity.
- Translate complex information into accessible and compelling content.
- Partner with Marketing Communications leadership to understand project objectives.
- Conduct research or interviews with subject-matter experts as required.
- Manage deadlines and deliver high-quality content across multiple projects.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in marketing writing, content strategy, copywriting, or communications.
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, or related field.
- Proven success writing for diverse audiences.
- Ability to adapt tone and style to different mediums.
- Exceptional attention to detail and grammar.
- Experience working within brand and messaging frameworks.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools and collaboration platforms is a plus.
