Senior QA Engineer

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our global operation! The QA will ensure the delivery of reliable, scalable, and high-quality software solutions that support community management companies and their customers. . This role collaborates closely with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to improve product quality and automation coverage.

The ideal candidate must have a hands-on technical contribution, have sense of Ownership and be responsible for validating software quality across web applications, APIs, integrations, and cloud-based services.

What your day-to-day will look like: 

• Create and execute test plans and test cases;
• Perform functional, regression, exploratory, integration, and UAT testing;
• Validate frontend applications, APIs, and backend services;
• Identify and track defects;
• Design and maintain automated test suites;
• Support release validation and production readiness;
• Contribute to automated UAT initiatives;
• Participate in Agile ceremonies.

• Strong English communication.

You will stand out if you have:

• Test automation frameworks;
• TestRail, Jira, Confluence;
• SQL validation;
• AWS-hosted applications;
• AI-assisted testing and quality automation experience.
