Duties & Responsibilities

  • Full-Stack Development: Design, build, and maintain high-performance web interfaces and robust backend architectures using modern full-stack web development practices and frameworks.
  • Agile Execution: Actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, iteration reviews, and continuous delivery pipelines utilizing strict Agile methodologies.
  • Problem Analysis & Optimization: Perform rigorous root-cause analysis, complex bug fixing, performance tuning, and deep troubleshooting across distributed production ecosystems.
  • Quality & Testing: Write comprehensive test suites, conduct systemic testing, and ensure low-latency, mission-critical platform reliability.
  • System Evolution: Collaborate across cross-functional engineering teams to introduce new features, modernize existing codebases, and readily adapt to emerging technology requirements.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • A completed Degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, or Engineering
  • Exceptional academic results and a strong overall academic average are required. Strong, high-performing graduates will be given full consideration alongside experienced candidates.
  • 0–4 years of production or intensive project-based software development experience utilizing one or more of the following core languages: C#, JavaScript, Java, and C++
  • 0–4 years of relational database experience and proficient SQL scripting skills.
  • Exceptionally strong technical, mathematical, and analytical reasoning capabilities.
  • Proven capability to operate seamlessly within a self-directed, highly accountable engineering environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-tempo, fast-paced, agile ecosystem where rapid problem analysis and sharp critical thinking are required daily.
  • An innovative, positive, and proactive problem solver who embraces change, backed by outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

 

Remote Working Infrastructure Requirements

  • Dedicated, high-speed fibre internet connection at home.
  • Verified backup power solution (UPS, inverter, or generator system) ensuring uninterrupted uptime during power outages.
