Education / Experience
- An Associate's degree in graphic design is preferred, or an equivalent combination of experience and demonstrated skill is required.
- (A Bachelor’s degree in graphic design is a plus)
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role within an agency or marketing team is required.
- A powerful portfolio (attached to the resume) demonstrating a passion for design, strategy, and execution is highly preferred.
- Strong Background in Print and Large Format. (Highly Preferred)
- Solid experience working across a variety of media (print, digital and social).
- Demonstrated success in producing sophisticated graphic designs, owning the concept and development of marketing materials and online content that supports the brand vision and drives results.
- Prior corporate experience is a plus.

- Creative problem-solver with substantial strategic design experience is required.
- Strong understanding of the print-production process and associated technologies is necessary.
- Experience in photo shoot production is preferred.
- Proficiency in the latest design tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, 3D content management programs, and AI-assisted tools, is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, such as Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential.
