Brief Description:
We are seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Solutions Architect who blends deep technical expertise with strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑partnership skills. In this role, you will architect and deliver high‑quality Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that enhance patient services, optimize operational workflows, and support critical healthcare and business outcomes. Specific Job Duties:

Data Architecture & Process Automation
- Model robust Dataverse schemas - tables, relationships, security roles, business rules, and business process flows - to ensure scalable and maintainable data architectures.
- Automate business processes using Power Automate, workflow orchestration, and solution components that streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Drive data consistency and integrity across systems through strong data modeling, validation patterns, and governance.
Governance, Standards & Continuous Improvement
- Drive solution governance and quality by establishing standards, defining best practices, and enforcing architectural guidelines.
- Support and evolve requirements‑definition processes for application development and platform initiatives.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices, process optimization, system enhancements, and continuous improvement across the platform.
Integration & Enterprise Alignment
