Introduction

Position: Strategic Executive & Growth Assistant (Full-Time, Remote)
Location: South Africa (Remote)
Work Hours: Monday to Friday (Aligned with Founder’s business requirements)
Role Type: Full-Time | Long-Term Growth Role
Reports To: Founder & CEO
Salary: R30, 000 per month (non-negotiable)

Position Overview:

This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role.

The Strategic Executive & Growth Assistant will act as the Founder’s right hand across multiple ventures, providing high-level executive, operational, and strategic support while actively contributing to digital growth, e-commerce development, systems optimisation, and new venture execution.

This role sits at the intersection of executive coordination, digital marketing, online business operations, and strategic implementation. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving execution, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting the scaling of multiple business entities.

This position is ideally suited to a commercially aware, highly organised, technologically capable professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is comfortable operating across multiple business functions simultaneously.

This is a long-term growth-oriented role with strong potential to evolve into a senior strategic and operational leadership position.

Duties & Responsibilities

Executive & Strategic Support

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to the Founder across multiple ventures
  • Manage complex calendars, prioritisation, and scheduling coordination
  • Oversee inbox management, correspondence, and communication filtering
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, briefing documents, and presentations
  • Track strategic initiatives and ensure execution timelines are met
  • Act as liaison between the Founder, internal teams, and external stakeholders
  • Anticipate operational needs and proactively resolve bottlenecks
  • Ensure alignment across business priorities

Digital Growth & Marketing Coordination

  • Assist in executing digital marketing strategies across ventures
  • Manage and coordinate LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook platforms
  • Coordinate content planning, scheduling, and distribution
  • Support website updates, landing pages, and funnel coordination
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and provide reporting insights
  • Assist with CRM management and email marketing initiatives
  • Support digital customer acquisition system optimisation

E-Commerce & Online Business Development

  • Assist in launching and managing online businesses and revenue streams
  • Coordinate setup and management of platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce
  • Manage product uploads, pricing, backend systems, and digital operations
  • Support digital product launches and campaigns
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Help build scalable digital infrastructure across ventures

Business Operations & Systems Management

  • Maintain workflows, SOPs, and operational documentation
  • Support implementation and optimisation of automation and systems
  • Assist with invoicing coordination and operational reporting
  • Liaise with accountants, contractors, developers, and service providers
  • Ensure alignment across multiple business entities

Executive Coordination & Administration

  • Coordinate professional and personal scheduling requirements
  • Manage multiple digital platforms and email accounts
  • Maintain strict confidentiality across business matters
  • Ensure operational continuity and organisational efficiency
  • Provide proactive administrative and operational support

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience supporting a Founder, senior executive, or business owner
  • Experience working in fast-paced, multi-functional environments
  • Strong experience in digital tools, marketing coordination, or online business support
  • Experience with CRM systems and automation tools
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and execution skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving capability

Advantageous:

  • Experience supporting multiple business entities
  • Exposure to e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
  • Experience coordinating contractors or remote teams
  • Digital marketing or online business operations experience
  • Exposure to AI tools and automation platforms

Technical Competencies:

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with CRM systems and workflow tools
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling platforms
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms
  • Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
  • Strong ability to learn new systems quickly
