Introduction

As a Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients. You will handle inbound video calls, assess client hiring needs, recommend hiring strategies, and close new business. You will also follow up through email and engage in cold outreach to expand our client base. This role is ideal for seasoned, confident sales professionals with excellent communication skills and a consultative approach to closing.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct inbound video sales calls with potential clients.

  • Consult with business owners on hiring plans, target regions, and budgets.

  • Follow up with leads via phone and email to advance and close deals.

  • Cold email new prospects to initiate conversations and explore opportunities.

  • Maintain and manage a pipeline of engaged leads using Hubspot.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential clients.

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities proactively.

  • Contribute ideas and strategies to grow the brand and expand market reach.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) with a professional tone.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment sales or a similar B2B sales role.

  • Strong consultative sales approach and excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Typing speed of 50+ WPM.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Hubspot CRM.

  • Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a remote environment.
