The Team Support Specialist is a highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable member of the Corporate Office team. This role provides cross-functional administrative and operational support across multiple departments, helping to ensure daily operations run efficiently and accurately.This position requires strong multitasking abilities, sound judgment, and the ability to manage recurring deadlines while maintaining a high level of discretion and confidentiality.The Team Support Specialist will regularly communicate with internal departments, District Leaders, restaurant leadership teams, and third-party partners. Administrative & Operational Support
? Conduct DTiQ spot checks and follow up on audit findings as needed
? Track audits and violations, maintaining accurate documentation within Monday.com
? Manage business licenses, including renewals and new license setup for all restaurant locations
? Coordinate ordering and management of First Aid Kits across restaurant locations
? Maintain organized records for audits, compliance tracking, and reporting
? Support quarterly initiatives and special projects as assigned
Position Requirements: Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
? Basic experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
? Familiarity with task management tools such as Monday.com
? Previous experience in school, volunteer work, or part-time roles demonstrating responsibility
