Position: Implementation Coordinator
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm EST (9 pm to 6 am Manila Time) โ Non-Negotiable
Benefits: 5 days of Paid Time Off per year

Duties & Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for customer implementations, ensuring smooth onboarding and technical setup.
Participate in scoping calls with customers to understand technical requirements.
Act as a liaison between engineering teams and customers, troubleshooting data-related issues.
Quickly understand and explain technical components of AI-driven solutions to non-technical users.
Assist in refining and improving onboarding processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Work closely with Implementation Manager, providing support as a technical liaison.
Interface between customers and internal teams to resolve technical challenges efficiently.
Grasp complex explanations quickly and apply solutions to move projects forward.
Ensure alignment on implementation timelines and deliverables with stakeholders.
Provide proactive support to customers, addressing concerns and escalating technical challenges as needed.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Implementation Specialist, or similar).
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Previous experience working remotely and collaborating across teams.
Ability to shadow Implementation Manager ย closely and integrate seamlessly into their workflow.
