Who we are
Your mission
- Design, develop, automate, and maintain end-to-end and integration tests for our software products, including cross-team workflows
- Analyze, review, and document test results, and collaborate closely with developers to resolve identified issues before new features and releases are finally tested by our QM-team
- Identify gaps in existing test coverage and prioritize the development of additional test cases
- Work closely with developers and product managers to ensure testing aligns with business and product requirements
- Promote and strengthen a culture of quality awareness within the team
What you offer
- Degree or completed vocational training in IT or a comparable qualification, with professional experience in software testing or test automation
- An unrestricted authorization to work in Germany as we are unable to provide visa sponsorship or support work permits tied to student status for this position at the moment
- Strong experience with at least one of our preferred automation tools (Playwright or Cypress), with overall 3+ years of experience in test automation
- Experience with API and Integration testing
- Solid understanding of software testing principles (e.g. Test design techniques, BDD testing, ISTQB foundation-level knowledge)
- Strong analytical skills, a structured and independent working style, and a pronounced quality mindset
- Ability to quickly understand existing testing processes and systematically improve them
- Team-oriented, reliable, and communicative, with a high level of commitment and ownership
- Enthusiasm for new technologies and complex challenges
- English at full-business proficiency level in word and written, German would be a plus
