We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and technically skilled GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist to manage and optimize our marketing automation systems, funnels, and CRM infrastructure.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes — building systems that drive revenue, improve conversions, and ensure a seamless customer experience from first opt-in to long-term membership retention.

Key Responsibilities

Funnel Management & Optimization

  • Build, maintain, and optimize funnels including:
    • Lead magnets
    • Low-ticket offers
    • Upsells & downsells
    • Webinar funnels
    • Membership pathways
  • Ensure seamless functionality from opt-in → payment → product delivery
  • Conduct ongoing testing to improve conversion rates
  • Identify and fix bottlenecks to prevent revenue leakage

Email Deliverability & Automation Management

  • Build and manage email workflows, sequences, and campaigns in GHL
  • Monitor deliverability performance and inbox placement
  • Implement SPF, DKIM, and DMARC best practices
  • Optimize segmentation, formatting, and sending strategies
  • Maintain structured list hygiene and engagement tracking

Lead Capture & Nurture Systems

  • Oversee tagging structures and segmentation logic
  • Manage double opt-in processes
  • Ensure immediate confirmation and proper sequence enrollment
  • Maintain clean, organized CRM data

Membership & Subscription Automation

  • Build and manage onboarding workflows for recurring memberships
  • Configure payment triggers and access permissions
  • Monitor subscription health and reduce churn through automation
  • Ensure smooth user access and account management

Campaign & Launch Implementation

  • Deploy promotional funnels, webinar campaigns, and product launches
  • Build upsell sequences and automation paths
  • Integrate payment gateways, calendars, and third-party tools
  • Conduct pre-launch QA to ensure technical accuracy

Analytics & Performance Monitoring

  • Track and report:
    • Opt-in rates
    • Conversion rates
    • Email engagement
    • Revenue attribution
  • Conduct routine system audits
  • Identify and resolve broken automations before they impact customers

CRM & Contact Management

  • Maintain clean contact records and tagging structures
  • Organize pipeline stages
  • Clean and optimize legacy databases
  • Improve segmentation accuracy for better campaign performance

Customer Support Coordination

  • Respond to inquiries related to:
    • Funnel access
    • Login issues
    • Billing questions
    • Digital downloads
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Ensure no customer request goes unanswered

Systems Documentation & SOP Development

  • Document automation workflows and funnel structures
  • Maintain organized process playbooks
  • Create scalable systems for long-term growth

Technical Integration Support

  • Manage integrations between GHL and:
    • Payment processors
    • Domains
    • Membership tools
    • Calendars
    • Email systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system conflicts proactively

Additional Operational Support (As Needed)

  • Assist with minor website edits and landing page updates
  • Organize launch assets (emails, graphics, PDFs, scripts)
  • Support reporting dashboards for leadership visibility

  • Proven experience working with GoHighLevel
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Funnel architecture
    • CRM systems
    • Marketing automation logic
    • Email deliverability best practices
  • Experience with integrations and troubleshooting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills

  • Experience with membership platforms
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
