What we're looking for 

A science-first, US-based family wellness and skincare brand is looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with hands-on Salesforce experience. The company creates plant-based vitamins and skincare products for babies and children, developed with input from pediatricians and dermatologists. You'll support a team of 9 Marketing Managers, keeping their Salesforce database clean, accurate, and fully up to date.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the medical team.
• Work extensively in Salesforce, particularly with down-funnel processes and activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date Salesforce records, data, and reports.
• Track leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and other marketing-related activities.
• Coordinate requests across multiple stakeholders and follow up proactively so deadlines are met.
• Identify gaps or issues and take the initiative to resolve them.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Marketing Assistant, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (required), including familiarity with down-funnel processes and workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A highly organized, detail-oriented approach with excellent time management.
• A proactive, reliable mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Comfort supporting multiple stakeholders at once in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting marketing teams or working within marketing operations.
• Familiarity with lead tracking, reporting, or CRM data hygiene best practices.
• Previous experience in a fully remote role working with US-based teams.
