We are seeking a Virtual Travel Assistance Agent to help support clients throughout their travel journey. In this remote role, you will provide guidance, assist with travel-related questions, and help ensure that travelers feel prepared and supported before and during their trips.
Respond to traveler inquiries through email, phone, and messaging platforms
Assist with reviewing travel plans and helping confirm important trip details
Provide helpful information regarding destinations, travel guidelines, and company procedures
Check in with clients prior to departure to ensure they have everything needed for their trip
Address concerns in a professional and timely manner and refer complex issues when appropriate
Friendly and professional communication style
Customer service experience is helpful but not required
Organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working with digital tools and online platforms
Interest in travel and assisting others with their plans
