I'm reaching out because we have an opening that doesn't come around often, and I think it might be exactly what you're looking for.


Let me be direct: if you're a proven closer who's tired of the typical sales grind—the unrealistic quotas, the inconsistent leads, the "flexibility" that isn't actually flexible—this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

I'm hiring for The Investor's Edge, where I lead a sales team that's been consistently hitting six-figure incomes while actually maintaining work-life balance. I know that sounds like every sales job promise you've ever heard, but let me explain why this is different.


First, we've been doing this for 20 years. We're not a startup figuring things out. We've been featured on Inc. 5000 twice. We've won Top Workplace awards. We have a proven system, a product that works, and a reputation we've earned.


Second, the numbers are real. Our current Directors average $100K-$150K annually. Our top performers exceed $129K. You'll get a $36K base (W-2, guaranteed) plus uncapped commissions. The leads are pre-qualified—pre-set appointments and live transfers during evenings and weekends when our prospects are most engaged.


Third, the lifestyle actually works. Yes, you'll work evenings and weekends on a rotating schedule. But you'll know your exact days off three weeks in advance. You'll have genuine downtime between calls. And you'll work from home—permanently.


Here's what I need from you:

At least 2 years of proven B2C high-ticket phone sales experience. A track record closing programs worth $3K or more. CRM proficiency. Employment stability (no more than 3 jobs in the past 5 years). And the self-discipline to perform remotely without constant supervision.

Hours:Ā 

Your Schedule (MST):

  • Mon–Thu: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Fri: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Sat–Sun: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PMĀ  Directors rotate weekends, working two out of every three weekends to ensure balanced coverage.Ā  If you work Sat and Sun you will have Mon and Tuesday off.Ā 
  • You’ll work a 5-day schedule, never more than five days in a row, with two consecutive days off each week.
  • You’ll keep your calendar open Nights and Weekends about 10 hours per day (around 50 hours per week) to allow for both pre-scheduled appointments and live-transfer calls.



You’ll typically haveĀ 25–35 hours of booked talk time per week, each pre scheduled set is 2-hour appointment blocks. This turns intoĀ  11-12 hours of Talk time for pre set. This does not include live transfers.Ā 


When not on a call, your time is flexible — you just need to stay reachable within 5 minutes during your shift for any incoming live transfer. You have to be ready for a video call to be on a live call in front of computer within 5 mins during set hours.
