Data Scientist / AI Engineer (Azure & Fabric)

The mission will notably consist of:

• design, develop and evolve the M3D engine and its data pipelines — ingestion of profiles, job offers and training offers in Fabric, indexing and semantic search in Azure AI Search, fuzzy matching logic, scoring and reranking, prioritization of proposals (priority job, second-resort training) in order to cover the services of job positioning, profile robustness, job matching, training matching and career path recommendation. 
•  Deployment and activation of Microsoft environments (Azure, Fabric, Foundry, Docker containers and Azure App Service), implementation of CI/CD chains, monitoring and security, identity, compliance and sovereignty requirements, as well as exposure of the engine in the form of APIs and connectors consumable by the Single File and business tools.
• Particular attention will be paid to data quality and engine validation: test games and protocols, measurement of the relevance of results, engine testing for advisors and employers and then of the training recommendation engine, preparation of production releases and collaboration with the technical and business teams of client.
• This mission will finally be part of a logic of maintaining operational conditions, documentation and transfer of skills to the client teams, and support for the trajectory of the engine towards 2028 and the decommissioning of the replaced tools, according to modalities defined jointly with the project managers.
