Position Overview

Globe Life AO is actively expanding its remote sales team and seeking motivated, coachable individuals interested in building a long-term career in remote sales, leadership, and management.

This is a client-facing, performance-based role with a structured path into Entry-Level Leadership and Management. You will work with individuals who have already requested information — no cold calling, no door-to-door sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Present company-approved programs and services to assigned clients

• Conduct virtual presentations via Zoom and phone

• Educate clients on available options and assist with enrollment

• Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up schedules
