Location: South Africa (Remote, 4-5 hours daily overlap with UK hours).
Salary: R28 000 - R40 000 p/m.

The Role: Lead Generation Manager
This role is responsible for owning the entire outbound engine, taking full ownership of pipeline generation by replacing the current agency. The individual will design strategies, build the tech stack, and run campaigns to deliver qualified meetings to the sales team. The focus is on booking meetings with HR and L&D leaders at professional services firms and filling training cohorts with nonprofit organizations.
