Job Title: Lead Generation Executive – Cantonese Speaker
We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in sales, telesales, or business development who are confident communicating in Cantonese and enjoy building client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business leads through outbound calls, emails, and other channels

Qualify potential prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities

Understand customer needs and present suitable solutions

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and activities in the CRM system

Work closely with internal teams to achieve business targets

Meet individual and team KPIs on lead generation performance
Requirements:

Candidate must be fluent in Cantonese

Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales / Telesales / Business Development

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Confident speaking with customers and handling objections

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive attitude
Working Schedule:

Currently Office Hours

Hong Kong Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

5 working days, 2 days off
