Primary Responsibilities
Engineering & Delivery
- Build, enhance, and maintain secure, efficient, and scalable software solutions
- Write clean, maintainable, and production‑ready code aligned with established engineering standards
- Participate in collaborative code reviews and contribute to shared technical ownership
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement improvements across systems
- Develop and execute unit tests and support broader testing efforts, including integration and regression testing
- Contribute to reliable release processes, including automated builds and deployments
- Assist with diagnosing and resolving production issues, including root‑cause analysis
System Design & Technical Contribution
- Collaborate with peers to design and implement software components and services
- Apply widely accepted design patterns and engineering best practices
- Contribute to technical discussions related to security, resilience, performance, and scalability
Mentorship & Collaboration
- Support and guide less‑experienced engineers as needed
- Promote consistent development practices and knowledge sharing within the team
