 Talent Acquisition Manager

Build the Team, Build the Mission

Are you a recruiting leader who knows how to move fast, build strong hiring partnerships, and create a candidate experience that actually stands out?

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment function and help shape the future of our workforce. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who understands full-cycle recruiting, knows how to coach recruiters, and can turn hiring goals into measurable results.

In this role, you will partner closely with Human Resources, hiring leaders, and operational teams to attract, assess, and hire mission-aligned talent. You will lead recruitment strategy, strengthen hiring processes, improve efficiency, and help ensure every candidate and hiring manager experiences a fair, consistent, and professional recruitment process.

This is an exciting opportunity for a people-focused recruiting leader who wants to do more than fill positions — you will help build the teams that support meaningful work every day.

What You’ll Lead

As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will oversee recruitment operations from strategy through execution. You will:

  • Lead and manage all recruitment efforts and end-to-end hiring processes across the organization.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve hiring strategies to meet current and future workforce needs.
  • Partner with HR leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing priorities, position requirements, and hiring challenges.
  • Standardize interviewing, screening, and candidate assessment practices to support fair, consistent, and informed hiring decisions.
  • Oversee candidate workflows, applicant tracking, and recruitment data within the ATS.
  • Manage recruitment tools, job boards, databases, advertising resources, and recruitment budgets.
  • Establish clear goals, metrics, and performance expectations for the recruitment team.
  • Monitor recruitment activity, time-to-fill, candidate flow, hiring trends, and recruiter productivity.
  • Train, coach, and supervise Recruiters to ensure strong performance, compliance, accountability, and best practices.
  • Serve as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring leaders across the organization.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience and strengthen the organization’s employer brand.

Who You Are

You are a confident, collaborative, and data-driven recruitment leader who can balance strategy with execution. You are comfortable leading a team, influencing hiring managers, and keeping recruitment moving in a fast-paced environment.

You bring:

  • Strong experience leading full-cycle recruitment.
  • Experience supervising, coaching, or mentoring recruiters.
  • A strong understanding of fair hiring practices, employment laws, and compliant recruitment processes.
  • The ability to build positive relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and candidates.
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
  • Comfort using an applicant tracking system and recruitment data to manage workflow and outcomes.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
  • A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to identify better, faster, and more consistent ways to hire.

What Makes This Role Meaningful

This is not just a recruitment management role. This is an opportunity to help build a workforce that supports a mission-driven organization and the people we serve.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Shape recruitment strategy across the organization.
  • Lead and develop a team of Recruiters.
  • Improve hiring systems, structure, and accountability.
  • Partner with a collaborative HR leadership team.
  • Strengthen candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction.
  • Make a direct impact on workforce growth, stability, and service delivery.
